Job Overview

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's online presence, engaging with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, provide product information, and schedule appointments. Your primary objective will be to enhance our dealer clients' online presence, drive revenue through website traffic, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, customer service expertise, and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.

  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services to clients, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments by gathering relevant information, such as contact details and preferred dates and times.
  • Continuously build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Capture and log customer contact details for lead generation and analysis, providing valuable insights for our clients and partners.
  • Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for effective client follow-up, ensuring that we provide personalized support and build strong relationships.

Required Skills

* Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality support to customers.

  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM, and basic familiarity with internet navigation and Windows-based applications.
  • Proven multitasking capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple chats and tasks simultaneously, and prior gaming experience may be advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that we provide a positive and engaging experience for our customers.

Qualifications

* Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is advantageous, though not mandatory, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and willing to undergo a background check.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in office settings, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
