Key Responsibilities:

As a Work from Home Customer Service & Sales Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Selling products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service and sales
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer and internet skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling to meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience using sales and customer service software, including CRM systems and sales automation tools
