Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to:

  • Process production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
  • Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
  • Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help the Planning teams resubmit re-test samples
  • Perform job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions
  • Take on other projects or responsibilities as needed to support the team's goals and objectives

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
  • Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
