The Role

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, engaging with customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and schedule appointments. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You'll work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a team of positive and energetic individuals who share your passion for great customer service and technology.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our clients and their customers
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our clients improve their customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and features

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Previous experience in gaming or a similar field is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think critically

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
