Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

  • Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Work from home and be self-sufficient, with occasional visits to our office in Richmond, VA or New York, NY when necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams orally and in written form
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
