Job Summary

As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with our customers, responding to their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support via phone, email, or chat

  • Review confidential tax information and provide accurate, timely, and friendly responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current tax laws and policies, as well as revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws
  • Provide account maintenance according to tax laws and policies, and procedures
  • Use technology to provide advanced support and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services

Minimum Entry Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and/or providing information

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Service: Ability to address customer issues in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner

  • Results Orientation: Ability to identify and implement effective solutions to customer issues
  • Good Judgment & Decision Making: Ability to evaluate complex situations, weigh options, and make informed decisions
  • Accountability: Ability to take ownership of customer issues, communicate effectively, and follow through on commitments
  • Teamwork & Cooperation: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, promote a positive team atmosphere, and maintain open communication
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze complex customer issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a high-volume contact center environment

  • Bilingual in Spanish or second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with tax laws and policies, as well as revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws

Requirements

* Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Must be able to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes
