Job Summary

We're seeking part-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they have a memorable experience with arenaflex. You'll answer queries, assist with reservations, provide travel information, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner. You'll be empowered to handle a variety of scenarios, showcasing your problem-solving skills and your commitment to our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, or live chat

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Provide customers with accurate information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues for resolution
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and performance

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in computer and internet applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States

Educational Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Further education or certifications in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Experience
