Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers via live chat platforms to provide prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
  • Delivering high-quality customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and providing appropriate and timely solutions
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to address a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues and escalate them as necessary
  • Assisting with order processing, payment inquiries, and product recommendations
  • Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
  • Providing accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing live chat systems and CRM platforms
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to empathize with customers and adapt to a wide range of customer personalities and situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
