Job Summary

As a Senior Business Development Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, and executing on key business deals. You'll work closely with our internal and external teams to develop and implement business plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive growth across our Business Applications line of business.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and investments

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue across our Business Applications line of business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and Microsoft associates
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement strategic partnerships and business deals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' and partners' business needs and goals
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and growth within our Business Applications line of business
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and 5+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., enterprise technology, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, corporate strategy, venture capital, business development, or related field)

  • Strong financial modeling and market analysis skills, with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy
  • Experience in negotiating and closing complex business deals, including partnerships and acquisitions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and business deals

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business, Organization, or related field, and 7+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., enterprise technology, network security, data management, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, corporate strategy, venture capital, business development, or related field)

  • 6+ years of experience in the technology industry, or a related field, or in a technical role (e.g., IT, engineering)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, and experience working with Microsoft partners and clients
