Key Responsibilities:

* Handle live chat interactions with customers on websites and social media accounts, providing support and sales-related assistance

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and addressing concerns
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a support or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and needs
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
