Description Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Assistant to support project planning, coordination, and execution for intake . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, has a keen eye for detail, and is driven to continuously improve processes and outcomes. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Organization & Documentation Keep project files, records, and systems meticulously organized and up to date. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related data and communication. Analytical Support Analyze project data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. Process Improvement Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and processes. Support implementation of process enhancements and best practices. Communication & Collaboration Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across all project activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office, Smartsheets) and/or project management tools. Experience with Salesforce would be a bonus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
