Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Utilization Management and Analytics team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize Utilization Management in healthcare. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data analytics and machine learning models that drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and data engineering will be essential in developing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our business and our patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize Utilization Management in healthcare

  • Design, develop, and deploy data analytics and machine learning models that drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and systems to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data science and machine learning

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other programming languages
  • Experience with data engineering, data architecture, and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
