Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll work closely with various departments and stakeholders to collect and enter data into relevant systems, ensuring seamless communication and efficient data management. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correcting errors
  • Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering data into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval
  • Handling additional duties from time to time as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, including proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
