We are looking for Technical Support Agents with Portuguese to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company. If you have similar previous experience, or you have developed as an IT Technician, and you are interested in the offer, do not hesitate to apply! Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced). Spanish is a plus! - Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable) - Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism. - Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving What do we offer? - Full time (39h) contract, from Monday to Friday, rotative between 09.00 - 21.00 - Excellent work environment (multicultural) - Good work-life balance - Extensive training on the product, cutting-edge technologies and highly demanded in the market. - Important possibilities for development and promotion within the company, nationally and internationally. - Office based role in our friendly location in A Coruña, or opportunity to work remotely from Spain if you are located outside of Galicia. - Financial assistance for your relocation, if you live outside A Coruña.
