Tech Lead Flutter
We are looking for a Flutter Tech Lead to join the Zeely team. This is an opportunity to grow a product with a million+ user base, where stability, scalability, and high-quality solutions really matter. Our ambitious goal is to build a billion-dollar product within the next 3 years. The mobile team currently consists of 6 Flutter developers (middle and senior level). In the Tech Lead role, you will combine hands-on development (around 80% of your time) with technical leadership and team support (around 20%). You will have a direct impact on architectural decisions, code quality, and the overall evolution of the mobile product. Zeely AI is an AI-powered platform that helps small businesses stand out and scale by creating viral UGC videos, ad creatives, and running effective advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We operate in the Tier-1 market. Your key responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the mobile team, ensuring motivation and professional growth. Analyze requirements and estimate task delivery timelines. Contribute to key technical and architectural decisions. Perform code reviews. Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using our stack and modern technologies. Test software to ensure performance and reliability. Troubleshoot, debug, and update applications. Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure our apps remain innovative. Work in a continuous delivery environment. Collaborate with the product team to ensure intuitive and user-friendly solutions. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of mobile development experience (including 3+ years with Flutter & Dart). 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead. Experience with native mobile development. Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and DRY principles. Hands-on experience with REST API, JSON, HTTP, WebSocket, Analytics SDKs, Firebase. Understanding of state management (Provider, BLoC, GetX). Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. Experience with publishing apps to Google Play and the App Store.
