You will need to hold a valid driving licence and be located within the territory or willing to relocate. The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to €35,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including: Local mandatory benefits Life assurance Paid local Public Holidays Generous holiday entitlement plus an additional day off on your birthday Set of promo clubs for personal use Staff discounts The main purpose of the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative is to become a strategic partner to our key clients, fostering long-term relationships and succeeding (if not exceeding!) sales targets. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned accounts’ needs, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to develop customised solutions. This role is primarily focused on inside sales and customer service activities, including account management, sales support, and administrative tasks aligned to the role (order entry, returns process, etc.). In addition, the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will support an external-facing element, involving travel to customer locations, events, and industry activations to strengthen relationships, increase brand visibility, and support business growth within the Spanish market. With excellent attention to detail and communication skills, the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will have the ability to multitask while maintaining a strong customer focus and consistently achieving targets. The successful candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English, have knowledge of the golf industry, and be eager to become an expert on Callaway products. B2B sales experience and golf product fitting knowledge would be advantageous.
