Job Summary
As a Customer Chat Support Associate, you will play a critical role in managing interactions with customers through live chat and email, ensuring they receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries about products, shipping, and more. Key Responsibilities

Contract Details
* Temporary position with flexible hours to accommodate the busy holiday season
- No fixed term, offering great flexibility
- Rate: $35 per hour, based on experience and performance
Requirements
* Access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet
- Stable internet connection
- Basic proficiency in English writing

Skills and Training
* Beginner-level position; comprehensive training will be provided
