Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their home improvement goals. Your expertise in sales, customer service, and communication will be essential in driving sales growth, meeting customer satisfaction targets, and maintaining a high level of customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their home improvement goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize established sales strategies to close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Collaborate with customers, specialist organizations, and arenaflex partners to facilitate sales and arrangement completion.
  • Provide consultative customer care and easy sales insights to customers, building trust and rapport to drive sales growth.
  • Work in a fast-paced, organized environment, with a focus on self-motivation and goal achievement.
  • Handle sales requests and set arrangements in the most efficient way for arenaflex, ensuring suitable pricing and processes are followed while logging all data and managing the customer.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* 20% - Collaboration: Work with arenaflex partners and specialist organizations to facilitate sales and arrangement completion.

  • 40% - Communication: Call customers to survey items and set arrangements, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • 20% - Customer Support: Provide consultative customer care and easy sales insights to customers, building trust and rapport to drive sales growth.
  • 20% - THD Cycle and Strategy: Locate and resolve customer, specialist organization, and arenaflex partner issues as soon as possible.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized environment, with a focus on self-motivation and goal achievement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

* Experience in the home improvement industry or a related field.

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
