Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers on various business websites and social media platforms

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • At least 5 hours of availability per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device (phone, tablet, laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with live chat and email support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
