Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Student Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all visitors. You will also be involved in special event set-up and operations, and will be responsible for enforcing facility policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relations

  • Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
  • Special event set-up and operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
  • Find a substitute when unavailable, and complete duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment

  • BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of facility policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
