Job Summary

As an Enterprise Data Storage Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our data storage infrastructure. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our data is secure, accessible, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and manage data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems

• Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is secure, accessible, and optimized for performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on data storage and management best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data storage and management
• Develop and maintain documentation for data storage and management procedures
• Perform code updates and security fixes to ensure the integrity of data storage systems

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 3 years' experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
• Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation
• Strong understanding of business storage organization, with experience in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs
• Familiarity with data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
• Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows)
• VMWare knowledge and organization

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 5 years' experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
