Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data entry and accounting processes. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and develop new solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
* Perform complex data entry tasks related to financial accounting and reporting, including: + Entering and reconciling financial data into our systems + Preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements + Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors + Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain financial data entry and accounting processes, including:
+ Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes + Developing and implementing new processes and procedures + Providing training and support to team members
- Analyze and resolve complex financial data entry and accounting issues, including:
+ Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors + Developing and implementing solutions to improve data accuracy and timeliness + Collaborating with our team to resolve issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including:
+ Providing financial data entry and accounting support to our team members + Collaborating with our team to develop and implement new processes and procedures + Providing training and support to team members
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in financial data entry and accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with our team and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Experience with financial data entry and accounting software, including Fiserv and Essbase
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in SEC and administrative quarterly reporting
- Experience with Fiserv and Essbase software
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial data entry and accounting processes and procedures
- Experience with process improvement and implementation
