As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding application processes, billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, establishing a positive rapport, and adhering to FDCPA & FCRA Federal, State, and Client guidelines
  • Providing clear and concise information to clients, guiding them through the application process, and updating their account information as needed
  • Identifying payment options, setting up payment arrangements, and producing payment solutions for customers
  • Maintaining daily and monthly service level expectations, ensuring client/company quality standards are met, and working assigned groups of accounts
  • Assuring the best interests of the company are maintained, providing management with information on suspected work or personnel problems, and participating in ongoing training and development

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service and billing experience (a plus)
  • Basic Microsoft Office applications skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (as permitted by law)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with FDCPA and FCRA regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
