Job Responsibilities

As an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk / Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Designing and developing database systems to meet the needs of end-users
• Ensuring the availability and quality of developed databases, taking into account the specialized roles of end-users
• Defining end-users and ensuring that data is accessible in the right format, to the right users at the proper time
• Responding quickly to errors reported by users and taking prompt action to resolve issues
• Protecting databases from unauthorized access and attacks
• Implementing adequate data backup and transaction recovery techniques
• Providing support and training to users for proactively managing data
• Analyzing performance by performing tests and reporting metrics
• Identifying new ways to protect and improve database systems as required

Job Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a related field
• Complete knowledge of data recovery, backup, and security
• Familiarity with database designing and manipulation languages, such as MySQL and Oracle
• Working experience with database administration tools and other third-party tools
• Good problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization skills and a reliable personality

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Experience with cloud-based database systems
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
• Certification in database administration or a related field
