Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Junior Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently reviewing, analyzing, and submitting data related to AP claims, partner billing claims, and AR deductions. Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with members of the account management team to obtain information about transactions with missing required information
- Processing vendor invoices and merchant deductions through arenaflex's enterprise resource system
- Reviewing customer invoicing requests and approving upon certain required criteria being met
- Understanding processes and procedures that must be followed when performing job duties to achieve a high level of accuracy
- Managing assigned tasks and performing well in a high-volume and changing environment
- Problem-solving and assisting management on special assignments
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in data entry and experience working with invoices
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's enterprise resource system
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in data entry or a related field
