What will you do at arenaflex?

As a Customer Care Specialist with Spanish, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers and helping solve their problems and concerns
  • Reporting issues to neighboring teams, including account managers, technical specialists, and developers
  • Coordinating and monitoring the problem-solving process, and receiving feedback from clients and neighboring teams

Requirements

You're a perfect match if you have:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (Upper-Intermediate level)
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
  • Resilience under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement
  • Experience in a Customer Support field (an added advantage)
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Monday to Friday, 1pm - 9pm (EEST), with a different schedule during the training period
