Your Experience at arenaflex

Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and fostering relationships with up to 200 regionally assigned client accounts
  • Building deep relationships and strategically navigating clients through their experience journey
  • Training clients on arenaflex processes and how to navigate the arenaflex platform successfully to complement their needs
  • Leading client interactions with product adoption and future growth in mind, bringing the discussion back to arenaflex core value propositions
  • Strengthening relationships with your accounts, solving their challenges, and helping to eliminate and uncover churn
  • Becoming a trusted partner to your accounts, understanding their business needs, and building solutions to their problems as a mini-project manager
  • Collaborating with the wider growth and support organization, inclusive of Account Executives, Strategic CSMs, and onboarding managers, to help arenaflex grow
  • Being a strong advocate for arenaflex and the voice of your customer, sharing insights with our Revenue and product teams

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A fluent level of French and English
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, support, operations, or customer success
  • The ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests
  • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, payroll company, top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity
  • A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
  • A solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curiosity and a desire to make an impact
