Job Summary

As an Experienced Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our credit card and unsecured lending customers. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer account information. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information regarding account balances, interest rates, charges, and statement requests

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to supervision as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient issue resolution
  • Develop knowledge of credit customer service industry practices and applicable regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • 1 Year of related experience in customer service, preferably in the credit card or unsecured lending industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including ability to deal professionally with customer issues, problems, and questions
  • Strong research skills, with ability to identify and evaluate relevant information to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent phone skills and ability to document calls and account activity clearly
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
