Staff Auditor – Remote Remote, USA The Job: As a Staff Auditor, you’ll be part of our Internal Audit team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

  • Support our Direct Assistance Program. This role is ideal for professionals with substantial audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 accounting firm or a public company who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Execute remote audits, including walkthroughs, control testing, and substantive analytics.
  • Support inventory activities, including inventory counts for external auditors under the Company Direct Assistance Program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and internal audits.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm or a public company (manufacturing industry experience).
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB requirements.
  • Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Work alongside a diverse, highly skilled team with full support from senior management and the Audit Committee.
  • Domestic and international travel required (approximately 30%).
  • The role requires regular movement across large production and distribution areas.
