What You Will Do As a Full Stack Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via emails and chats, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You will also be expected to: * Provide secure and timely support to customers, handling sensitive information with care * Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and apply the latest customer happiness practices * Maintain working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services * Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives * Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience What You Need to Succeed in This Role To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent Ukrainian language skills and English B2 proficiency * At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support roles within the fintech industry * Personal or professional experience with trading, investments, or crypto * Experience with CRM systems * Analytical and research skills * Positive and responsible attitude * Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Nice to Have While not required, familiarity with KYC & AML procedures, transaction monitoring, or crypto compliance is a plus.
