Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver exceptional customer service
• Handling all critical situations, including complaints and escalated cases, with professionalism and efficiency
• Managing each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience
• Providing quotes, processing sales orders, documenting complaints, and addressing service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles
• Highly skilled and experienced in information technology, time and project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
