Job Summary As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies * Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and analyze results * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty * Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company goals Essential Qualifications * 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote sales role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a sales role at a software or technology company * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. SPIN, Challenger) Skills and Competencies * Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies * Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. SPIN, Challenger) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
