As a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) with arenaflex, you will:

* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, and interacting with them in person and on the phone

  • Process sales, loans, and extensions
  • Perform opening and closing store duties
  • Work collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve store goals

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well independently and as a team member
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics

  • Sales background
  • Bilingual
