Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to arenaflex services via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing accurate information about shipping, tracking, and delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers with online account management and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer support processes
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
