Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the relevant department.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Native speaker-level proficiency in Filipino and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, etc.).
