Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, processing prescription orders, and maintaining accurate records in our healthcare software system. You will work closely with our veterinary clinics to resolve issues and answer questions, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Provide world-class customer service to pet parents and veterinary professionals via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process prescription orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our healthcare software system
- Collaborate with veterinary clinics to resolve issues and answer questions
- Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and customers

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License in Kentucky (if applicable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a veterinary clinic or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
