Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including flight reservations, itinerary changes, and travel policy information. You'll use your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers

  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Provide accurate information regarding policies, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues competently and efficiently
  • Document and manage customer interactions in our database
  • Stay updated on product and service changes
  • Create a positive experience for every customer by demonstrating empathy and patience

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Independence:

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Technical Skills:

Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency in basic computer applications

Experience:

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory
