Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with our domestic and international customers, supporting them with ticketing, baggage, and travel-related issues, while providing a friendly, professional, and confident service experience. You'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections with our passengers, creating a welcoming, valued, and respected environment that sets us apart from the rest.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner, building customer loyalty and commitment
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
  • Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them achieve success
  • Navigating challenges with consistency and adaptability, retaining composure and managing issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
