This pivotal role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective educational curricula, primarily focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects for K-12 students. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern pedagogical approaches, learning theories, and instructional design principles. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, teachers, and educational technologists to create content that aligns with state and national standards, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among learners. Key responsibilities include: Leading the end-to-end development lifecycle of curriculum materials, from initial concept and outline to final product delivery. Researching and evaluating new educational technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences. Ensuring all curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and culturally responsive. Developing assessment strategies and tools to measure student learning outcomes and inform instructional adjustments. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior curriculum developers and instructional designers. Facilitating professional development sessions for educators on the effective use of developed curricula. Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintaining a collaborative and productive working relationship with all stakeholders. Staying abreast of the latest trends and research in STEM education and instructional design. Contributing to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of the company's educational offerings. Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, STEM Education, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with a proven track record in STEM education. Demonstrated experience in leading educational projects and teams. Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in multimedia development tools and graphic design software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration. Passion for improving educational outcomes and making a positive impact on students' lives.
