Compass Rose Analyst
We are seeking an Epic Compass Rose (CoRo) Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives within the Epic environment. This role will focus on developing and delivering actionable insights using Epic’s Compass Rose reporting tools to support operational and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports using Epic Compass Rose (CoRo)
- Analyze Epic data to support business and operational needs
- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Translate business questions into actionable data insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Support ongoing enhancements to reporting solutions within Epic
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Epic Compass Rose (CoRo)
- Strong understanding of Epic data structures and reporting tools
- Experience with healthcare data and workflows
- Ability to work with business users to define reporting needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle)
- SQL experience
- Prior experience supporting specific Epic modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Revenue Cycle, etc.)
