Website Developer for Short-Term Rental Business (Ongoing Work)
Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented website developer to help manage and grow our short-term rental website by adding new property listings on an ongoing basis. This is long-term, consistent work as we continue to acquire new listings and expand our portfolio. Our goal is to maintain a professional, user-friendly, and high-converting website that showcases our properties and helps drive direct bookings. Responsibilities: For Each New Property Listing, You Will: Create a new property listing page on our WordPress website Upload and organize all content provided (from Airbnb or directly from us), including: Property descriptions Amenities Property details House features Upload and properly format all property photos Ensure pages are clean, modern, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate Optimize listing pages for SEO best practices Additional Responsibilities: Add each new listing to the main listings section of the website Create a summary section for each property including: Property name Short description Key features Featured image Ensure all listings are properly linked throughout the website Make updates or edits to existing pages when needed Ensure the website maintains a consistent and professional appearance Help improve page speed, layout, and overall user experience when possible Calendar Integration (Hospitable): Connect listings to our PMS system (Hospitable) Ensure availability calendars are functioning correctly Verify calendar sync and display properly on the website Troubleshoot any integration or sync issues if needed Creative Flexibility: We are open to innovative and creative improvements to listing page layout, structure, and design that improve the guest experience and direct booking conversions. Any major design or layout changes should be discussed before implementation. Key Expectations: Strong attention to detail (accuracy is extremely important) Ability to work efficiently and consistently Fast turnaround time of 24–72 hours per listing once all content and photos are provided Reliable communication and availability Ability to follow existing website structure and branding while maintaining quality Ideal Candidate: Experience with WordPress (Elementor preferred) Experience with real estate, vacation rental, or Airbnb-style websites preferred Familiar with booking systems or PMS tools (Hospitable experience is a major plus) Strong eye for clean, modern design Understanding of SEO best practices Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently To Apply: Please include: Examples of similar work (websites or listing pages) Any ideas you would suggest to improve listing page design or user experience Any experience with Hospitable or similar booking/PMS tools Please also include the word “Oasis” in your proposal so we know you’ve read the full job post Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
