Digital Sales Associate

SmartBrief, a division of Future, is a digital media publisher of targeted business news and information by industry. As a Digital Sales Associate, you will identify and engage prospective advertising clients. Working with a collaborative sales team, you'll conduct research, lead outreach efforts, and help build relationships with both Fortune 500 companies and startups. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in digital media, advertising, or sales. What You'll Do
You will report to the Publisher
- Research and identify prospective advertising clients across important industries
- Develop and deliver compelling outreach messaging across email and other channels
- Schedule and support discovery and marketing meetings with potential clients
- Manage and qualify inbound marketing leads
- Help create marketing collateral and sales materials
- Help develop client proposals and advertising campaign strategies
- Prepare competitive analyses and business intelligence reports
- Grow the customer database (CRM) with accurate, up-to-date information
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and editorial teams
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve
- Bachelor's degree with a great academic record
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- Interest in media, publishing, advertising, or digital marketing
- Experience maintaining clean records of sales outreach and contacts in a CRM
- Proficiency in business software tools
