Role Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and self‑driven Remote Data Entry Specialist to become an integral part of arenaflex’s operations team. Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry

  • Perform routine audits of existing records to identify and correct inconsistencies or duplicate entries.

Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution

  • Cross‑check shipment information against invoices, customs documentation, and carrier confirmations to verify accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, collaborating with internal logistics coordinators, billing teams, and external carriers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior analysts while documenting root causes and corrective actions.

Administrative & Collaborative Support
