Business Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Business Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager to help grow our company through strategic partnerships, affiliate relationships, and marketing-driven growth opportunities. This person will be responsible for identifying and developing partner relationships, managing affiliate programs, creating co-marketing opportunities, and helping turn partnerships into qualified leads, referrals, and revenue. The ideal candidate understands both relationship-building and performance marketing, with the ability to create partnership strategies that are measurable and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business partners, referral partners, agencies, consultants, influencers, affiliates, technology providers, and strategic collaborators.
  • Research companies and contacts that align with our target customers and business goals.
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, partner networks, and affiliate platforms.
  • Schedule and lead introductory partnership and affiliate conversations.
  • Develop partnership proposals, affiliate offers, pitch materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Help create and manage referral, affiliate, reseller, agency, co-marketing, and integration partnership opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates and referral partners.
  • Manage affiliate program operations, including partner communication, tracking links, commission structures, promotional assets, and performance reporting.
  • Work with leadership to define partner incentives, commission models, and campaign goals.
  • Create or coordinate marketing materials for partners, including landing pages, email copy, social posts, banners, sales sheets, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track partnership and affiliate performance, including leads, referrals, conversions, revenue, campaign ROI, and partner activity.
  • Maintain a CRM or partner pipeline to track outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and active relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for co-branded campaigns, webinars, content collaborations, newsletters, and cross-promotions.
  • Help improve affiliate conversion rates through messaging, offers, creative assets, and landing page recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and affiliates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, affiliate management, business development, partnerships, sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, SEO, or conversion optimization.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliates or referral partners.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, or partner management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to understand a company’s products, audience, positioning, and value proposition.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and conversations at once.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to review performance and recommend improvements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, agencies, WordPress, AI, SEO, digital products, or B2B marketing is a plus.
