Then we have the right opportunity for you. The job as IT Infrastructure Engineer At MFT Energy, technology is a core part of how we scale our business. As our new IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will join our Infrastructure and Security team, helping develop, maintain, and improve our Azure environment and support the infrastructure that enables our business and engineering teams to move securely and reliably. You will be working with both projects and daily operations across our tech platform, playing an important role in designing, troubleshooting, and improving our cloud infrastructure. You will be part of a technology organization with high ambitions, skilled colleagues, and a culture driven by short feedback cycles and simplicity. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving technical problems, and getting things done. You can look forward to Design, maintain, and improve our Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including networking, Azure Firewall, Virtual Networks, and Virtual Network Gateways Support and improve our Azure Entra setup and related security features Run and maintain our Azure environment in daily operations Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, cloud services, and clients Help manage and improve Microsoft Intune and endpoint management Contribute to infrastructure and security projects Work directly with colleagues across Technology and the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions Your qualifications and personal skills At MFT Energy, we value people who take responsibility and are eager to make things better. You do not need to know everything, but we expect you to have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud infrastructure and a genuine interest in building and operating high-quality IT environments. A degree within Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or similar Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure Strong technical understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, and endpoint management Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Entra ID Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, cloud services, and clients The ability to work independently and take ownership of both projects and daily operations A pragmatic mindset and the ability to balance security, stability, and business needs Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues Working in MFT Energy At MFT Energy, we combine a startup mindset with the strength of a global organization.
