We have multiple openings across our CCPro, FinTech, and Service Agreements & Memberships squads. These exciting roles call for leaders who are passionate about guiding high-performing teams while maintaining a deep, active connection to the codebase. This is an integrated leadership and technical role. You will lead from the front, setting technical standards, solving complex problems, and actively contributing to our services. The foundational requirement for these positions is current, active coding proficiency in C#. What You’ll Do: Active Technical Contribution: Dedicate time to hands-on coding, code reviews, and setting implementation patterns, primarily utilizing C#. Architectural Oversight: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our highly scalable platform, requiring deep working knowledge of microservice architecture patterns and best practices. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of high-caliber engineers, fostering a strong culture of technical excellence and accountability. Product Impact: Partner closely with Product Management to define the technical roadmap and execute the delivery of high-quality, user-facing features that drive significant business value. What You’ll Bring: Strong C# Proficiency: Proven expertise with modern C# development, including its ecosystem, performance characteristics, and common frameworks. We are looking for candidates whose current or very recent role involves active, hands-on coding Microservices Expertise: Extensive, practical experience designing, deploying, and maintaining resilient, distributed, and scalable solutions built on a microservice architecture. This includes knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), service meshes, and inter-service communication protocols. SaaS Experience: Proven track record developing and deploying large-scale, high-availability SaaS applications. Our Thorough Technical Interview Process Our interview process is designed to be a comprehensive assessment of the deep, hands-on technical skills essential for this role. We transparently share our stages so you can prepare effectively: 1. CP1 (Code Pairing): Live coding session with an engineer Solving a core coding prompt in C# in real-time (coding, compiling, solving); 90 minutes 2. CP2 (Code Pairing): Live coding session, same format; 90 Minutes 3. CP3 (System Design): Whiteboard session and knowledge deep dive. Assessing expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and microservice architecture; 90 minutes 4. Final Round Interview with People Business Partner: Leadership philosophy, management experience, culture fit, and soft skills; 30 minutes A successful candidate will demonstrate the required level of proficiency in both 90-minute Code Pairing sessions in C# and the System Design session. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $198,200 USD - $297,400 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $185,300 USD - $277,900 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance.
