Talent Engagement Strategist
Temporary Recruiter (2-Month Assignment) $40.00/Hour | Immediate Opportunity Remote position but must reside in MA, CT, VT, NH or ME Are you a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our growing healthcare organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This assignment will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and enjoys making an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals
- Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
What We're Looking For
Previous recruiting experience required
- Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Assignment Details $40.00 per hour
- Approximately 2-month assignment
- Immediate start preferred (pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements)
- Potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on business needs
