What makes this role exciting We are growing fast in Poland, and we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who specialises in Polish payroll and who will be responsible for processing the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay resources for our global customers. The Polish Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information under all established statutory requirements and manage the payroll process on an award-winning payroll platform. Main responsibilities Responsible for accurate monthly payroll processing & validation of payroll results Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity Cooperates with Social Security Institution and Tax Office Maintain Social Security platform "Płatnik" and "ZUS PUE" Maintain disability fund submission on e-Pfron and prepare reports for Statistical Office Handles payroll queries raised by customers Assists in preparing the annual declarations of PIT and insurance confirmation Maintains positive, collaborative working relationships to ensure open communication & strong partnerships with the team and the clients Experience needed for this role Good experience and knowledge of processing Polish payroll Experience in using Polish Payroll Software (Symfonia, enova365) Intermediate/business level in English Good knowledge and understanding of the current Polish legislation and statutory requirements Good understanding of Microsoft Excel About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do Poland Package and Benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance Calm app Eye Tests & Glasses Contribution EAP Employee Referral Program WFH Allowance PPK / Employee Capital Plan CloudPay NOW Sports Subscription Medical Allowance Lunch Allowance Paid Volunteering days Study Leave Marriage Leave Bereavement Leave CloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer. #LI-AC1 #LI-REMOTE The CloudPay culture is built upon on five core values, from which we develop our service, our technology and our business strategies.
