About the Role

We're looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of immersive brand experiences, live events, and activations that elevate our clients' visibility and engagement. This role combines strategy, creativity, and execution. You'll manage projects from concept through onsite delivery, collaborating across teams, vendors, and partners to create memorable experiences that drive results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies, activations, live events, and trade show experiences for clients. Lead onsite event execution, including setup, activation management, and teardown. Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule. Collaborate with creative and internal teams to align messaging, visuals, and event elements with campaign goals. Partner with vendors, venues, and external partners, including contract negotiation and relationship management. Identify partnership opportunities that enhance event visibility and impact. Track event performance, ROI, and post-event reporting. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, or brand activations. 2+ years of trade show experience preferred. Agency or multi-brand experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred. Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects independently. Skills & Attributes Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt in fast-paced event environments. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. Knowledge of social media trends and experiential storytelling strategies. Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, or Cvent is a plus. Additional Requirements Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for events, activations, and trade shows. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
