A Partner Success Manager is responsible for the overall growth & management of a partner relationship and will work to proactively pursue deeper and more meaningful relationships with new and existing partners. The purpose of this position is to support the strategy, business development, onboarding and management of strategic and 3rd party partnerships in order to maximize revenues through new and existing channels. The PSM, through regular and proactive engagement with our partners, will work to grow the iATS/ISV Existing Partner Network in North America and increase adoption of our suite of solutions for our partners and their clients & and set our new partners up for success. Job Functions: PRM will maintain contact with the key stakeholders responsible for the success of our joint relationship and map out a strategy for engagement, training, client onboarding, joint marketing efforts, escalations and creating a path for boarding as many of their clients onto the iATS/ISV platform. Provide ongoing consultative business support to key partners to help grow their payments business and expand the iATS/ISV footprint within their client base Lead and drive relationship management efforts and special projects that influence the overall adoption of iATS/ISV Payments solutions Act as the main point-of-contact and provide support for existing and onboarding Partner head office contacts. Provide ongoing education about new and existing solutions and encourage innovation Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, product managers, sales teams and advocate on behalf of partners internally to assist in the development/growth strategies for continued partner engagement. Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years Experience in Sales Experience growing pipeline partners Knowledge of computer software including Salesforce, Microsoft office suite Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors in Business Admin Experience: 6 years in Payments Industry Highly organized and self-starter Able to work independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail Excellent communication skills and good listener Ability to work cross functionally with other departments Ability to manage multiple partnerships at one time Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older
